We define a lead as a prospect who expresses a clear and active interest in your company and has the immediate intent for a either call or further discussion.

They will either be booked directly into your calendar or passed across via email, depending on the prospect and on your agreed preferences.

A campaign typically takes around 3 weeks to be set up to ensure the highest possible deliverability levels. We then kick off your campaign beginning with the highest intent prospects so you can expect to start receiving leads from weeks 3-4 onwards. On some occasions and depending on your ICP, we might be able to deliver leads sooner than this date!

All leads that we pass over to you will have expressed a clear interest to speak to you and/or learn more about your company. We also conduct an in-depth kick off call before launching your campaign to make sure we fully understand your requirements and that any lead clearly fits your ICP.

If you're not happy with any leads that are sent to you, let us know and we can look to adjust and refine your campaigns if needed so that we can be as accurate as possible.

Because our outreach is exclusively B2B, highly targeted, and designed to be relevant to the recipient, our approach aligns with GDPR requirements by nature. Under the PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), B2B email marketing is permitted as long as it is relevant and includes a clear way for recipients to opt out.
